SUMMARY:
This staff position within the IT Department is responsible for ensuring continuity of computer system services for IT customers by providing the technical expertise, assistance, and project coordination necessary to install and support IT systems.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING:
- Assure continuity of computer systems for all system customers.
- Maintain essential IT Infrastructure, including OS, security tools, applications, servers, email systems, laptops, desktops, software, and hardware.
- Participate in evaluating new products and platforms.
- Install selected software and hardware products.
- Establish regular checkpoints and performance indicators to prevent problems.
- Perform risk assessment and execute tests to ensure functioning of date processing activities and security measures.
- Repair hardware as necessary and work closely with service vendors to ensure continuity of service.
- Have familiarity with both physical and virtual server environments.
- Experience with Network and SQL administration.
- Administer web filter and traffic monitoring.
- Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
- Be "on-call" for all periods as assigned by the manager.
- Ability to work with minimal or no supervision.
- Meet expectations for attendance and punctuality.
- Work overtime as required.
- Provide technical assistance and advice to customers as needed.
- Maintaining of the network, network cabling, cabling infrastructure and standards.
- Assist with the customization and adaptation of existing programs to meet customer requirements.
- Provide telephone, face-to-face and online support to customers.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- A minimum of 4 combined years of computer, network, IT Support, and accredited college degree program.
- Gaming and hospitality experience preferred.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, AND REGULATIONS:
- Title 31 Bank Secrecy Act (Anti-Money Laundering)
- Must complete a gaming application, fingerprint process, and pass a background check.
- Required to obtain and maintain an unrestricted gaming license from the CS&KT Gaming Commission and NIGC.
- Required to watch Customer Service video annually.
- Required to watch Sexual Harassment video every two years.
- Must possess a valid State of Montana Driver’s License and be insurable under the company’s insurance.
- Will be required to successfully pass a pre-employment drug test and as a condition of employment will be subject to random drug testing.
- It is the responsibility of the employee to always have all documents current and valid.
Compensation: $58,003.20 - $87,004.80 per year
