SUMMARY 
Directly supervises all Big Arm Amenities personnel and ensures proper completion of all assigned duties. Directs and coordinates the activities of the Amenities Attendants, reservations, guest services, housekeeping, and facilities department. Will make customer service decisions regarding RV spaces, cabins, and operations based on the best interest of the Big Arm Resort and its guests. Determines a guest’s reservation status and identify how long the guest will stay.  Helps guests’ complete registration forms and assign RV spaces and cabins accommodating special requests whenever possible.  Verifies the guests’ method of payment and flows established credit-checking procedures.  Places guest and location information in the appropriate Amenities building racks and communicates this information to the appropriate Amenities personnel.  Works closely with the Room Attendants in keeping room status reports up-to-date and coordinates requests for maintenance and repair work.  Must be sales minded.  Presents options and alternatives to guests and helps in making choices.  Knows the location and types of available RV spaces and cabins as well as the activities and services of the property. This position will represent the Big Arm Resort to the guest throughout all stages of the guest’s stay. 

DUTIES & RESPONSIBIILITIES 
  • Customer Service position that deals with guests, other public entities, and all employees of S & K Gaming LLC. 
  • Must be sales minded. 
  • Teach and enforce all existing and new policies and procedures. 
  • Train, develop, and supervise Amenities Attendants, Room Attendants and Facilities Laborers personnel. 
  • Adhere and enforce dress code, be aware of first impressions from guest point of view. 
  • Receives, investigates, and responds timely to complaints from guests and employees. 
  • Registers guests and assigns reserved locations. 
  • Accommodates special requests whenever possible. 
  • Presents options and alternatives to guests and helps in making choices. 
  • Assists in pre-registration and blocking of RV spaces and cabins for reservations. 
  • Helps guest’s complete registration forms and assign RV spaces and cabins. 
  • Determines a guest’s reservation status and identify how long the guest will stay. 
  • Verifies the guest’s method of payment and follows established credit-checking procedures. 
  • Places guest and location information in the appropriate Amenities building racks and communicates this information to the appropriate Amenities personnel. 
  • Works closely with the Room Attendants in keeping room status reports up to date and coordinates requests for maintenance and repair work. 
  • Knows RV spaces, cabin locations, types of RV space, cabins available and rates. 
  • Understands RV spaces, cabin status and RV spaces and cabin status tracking. 
  • Knows how to check and communicate availability of RV spaces and cabin types and rate classes. 
  • Uses suggestive selling to sell RV spaces, cabins and to promote other services of the resort. 
  • Knows the location and types of available RV spaces and cabins as well as the activities and services of the property. 
  • Ability to process and monitor advance deposits. 
  • Processes reservations received from all venues including telephone, fax, e-mail, and travel agents. 
  • Understands and can process group block/cabin list reservations. 
  • Thoroughly understands and adheres to proper credit, check, cash payment, and cash handling policies and procedures.
  • Processes guest check-outs. 
  • Processes cancellations and modifications promptly. 
  • Understands resort policy on guaranteed reservations and no-show charges. 
  • Coordinates RV spaces, cabin status updates with the Room Attendants by notifying them of check-outs, late check-outs, early check-ins, special requests, and part day RV spaces, cabins. 
  • Knows how to use Amenities building equipment and programs. 
  • Uses proper telephone etiquette. 
  • Uses proper mail, package, and message handling procedures for guests and resort. 
  • Reports any unusual occurrences or requests to the Hotel Manager or Security. 
  • Always wear appropriate uniform as prescribed by company policy and maintain personal cleanliness. 
  • Maintain a teamwork effort. 
  • Periodic cleaning projects. 
  • Other duties as assigned. 
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE 
  • High School diploma or equivalent required. 
  • Must have one (1) year of supervising two (2) or more employees.
  • Computer experience. 
CERTIFICATES/LICENSES & REGULATIONS 
  • Required to watch Customer Service video annually. 
  • Required to watch Sexual Harassment video every 2 years. 
  • Cash handling training required. 
  • POS training required. 
  • Visual 1 training required. 
  • Must complete the Supervisor Basics and Fundamentals, Supervising Others, and Conflict Management training modules offered by the HR department within 30 days of hire date. 
  • Must possess valid Montana driver’s license and insurable under company insurance policy. 
  • This individual will be required to successfully pass a pre-employment drug test and as a condition of employment will be subject to random drug testing. 
  • It is always the responsibility of the employee to always have all documents current and valid. 
Compensation: $13.87 - $20.81 per hour
